To send a reminder for a gift or pledge

1.  From Fundraising, select Enter and edit gifts to display the Overview tab on the Enter and edit gifts window.

2.  Click New and enter and save a new gift or pledge, or click Open to open an existing gift or pledge.

3.  Click Print to display the Select Report window.

4.  Select Send a Reminder.

5.  Click Run. A confirmation message displays.

6.  Click Yes to issue the reminder.

7.  (optional) To reprint the reminder, perform the following steps:

□    Click Print.

□    Select Reprint Reminder(s).

□    Click Run to reprint the reminder.
